Hi I'm Dr. Elouali Aailal, founder and president of The International Congress on Desert Economy –  ENCG, Dakhla, Morocco, the president of The Desert Action Association, and university professor at The National School of Business and Management of Dakhla, I'm also the the creator and supervisor of The Desert Economy Club - ENCG Dakhla.
